Namiwell — Brand Identity, Product Visuals & Digital Ecosystem

Overview

Namiwell is a brand of infrared heating panels built around the idea of healthy, efficient, and design-conscious heating. Its product offering combines minimalist glass panels, smart control options, and DALYN Technology™, which the brand positions as a faster and more efficient approach to infrared heating. Public-facing communication highlights benefits such as radiant heat, smart-home compatibility, a 5-year warranty, and use across homes, commercial interiors, and larger architectural spaces. 

I was involved from the very beginning, shaping the visual identity of the brand from its foundation. My work extended from the logo and overall visual concept to the website, UI for the temperature-control application, brochures, promotional videos, and AI-generated product and interior visualisations. This was not a single deliverable, but a complete brand system built across physical product, digital interface, and sales communication. Based on your description, the square-sun logo symbolised the connection between infrared heat, the panel form, and the idea of the sun as a natural source of warmth.

Challenge

The main challenge was to create a visual identity for a technical heating product without letting the brand become either overly industrial or generically lifestyle-driven. Namiwell needed to communicate technology, efficiency, and trust, while also expressing comfort, health, calm, and design quality. That balance mattered because the product itself sits between engineering and everyday living: it is a heating system, but also a visible object placed directly into interior space.

A second challenge was consistency across very different brand touchpoints. The same visual logic had to work for the logo, website, app UI, product renders, brochures, videos, and placement visualisations. At the same time, the brand had to explain a technically specific product offer, including infrared radiant heating, DALYN Technology™, wall and ceiling installation, Wi-Fi-based control, and different finishes such as white glass, black glass, mirror, and RAL colours

What I Did

I created the visual identity of the brand from the ground up and translated it into a full communication ecosystem. This included the logo, brand direction, website design, UI for the panel-control application, promotional brochures, video outputs, and AI-generated visualisations showing both the product itself and its placement within interiors.

The brand language had to support the product story already visible in Namiwell’s public messaging: infrared heat as a sun-like, radiant form of warmth, combined with a clean, architectural product design and smart control. Public materials describe the panels as frameless, silent, compatible with smart-home systems, available in multiple finishes, and controllable through Wi-Fi and a web application. I translated those product qualities into a visual system that aimed to feel technologically credible, spatially clean, and emotionally warm at the same time. 

Because the brand needed to sell not just a product, but also a way of imagining it in real life, I also worked with visual materials that helped bridge the gap between technical specification and lived experience, including interior placement imagery and sales-support outputs. This was especially important for a product that is both functional infrastructure and a visible design element within the home.

Result

The result was a unified visual system that gave Namiwell a clear and contemporary brand presence across product communication, digital experience, and sales materials. Instead of treating the website, app, brochures, and visualisations as separate layers, the project built one coherent identity around the same core idea: infrared heating as a modern, healthy, and aesthetically integrated source of warmth. Public-facing materials now present Namiwell as a design-conscious heating brand with smart control, broad application across interiors, and a clear emphasis on efficiency, comfort, and long-term usability.
