Coccolino — Packaging, Campaign Visuals & Digital Content

Overview

Coccolino is a well-loved laundry care brand with a strong emotional presence and a recognisable character at its centre. Through Digičáry, I worked on the brand for roughly six years across a wide range of outputs, from packaging and key visuals to social media, POS materials, rich content, event concepts, and broader campaign support. Publicly available case information from Digičáry highlights a long-term collaboration beginning in 2018, including work on online, TV, instore, web, and social communication, as well as the launch of the Coccolino Care sub-brand for multiple European markets.

Challenge

The challenge was to support a brand that already had strong recognition while continuously expanding its visual world across many formats, campaigns, and product lines. Coccolino needed to stay soft, warm, and approachable, but also commercially clear and adaptable across packaging, social media, retail materials, and digital content. A key part of the work involved translating that recognizable brand tone into new outputs without losing consistency, especially in the case of Coccolino Care, a new sub-brand aimed at consumers more attentive to garment care and fabric sensitivity. Digičáry’s case study also notes that the work extended across five countries and multiple campaign types, which adds another layer of complexity to brand consistency.

What I Did

My role covered a broad range of visual outputs across the brand ecosystem. I worked on the packaging range for Coccolino Care, created POS materials, social media posts, rich content, and key visuals for multiple product lines, and contributed to event concepts and supporting brand communication. More broadly, this sat within a long-term agency collaboration that included digital campaign formats, social media content, web-related visuals, and campaign adaptation across channels. According to Digičáry, the wider collaboration around Coccolino included online and instore campaigns, social media content, web work, TV-related outputs, and the creation of the Coccolino Care sub-brand for the European market.

Result

The result was a long-term body of work that helped maintain and expand Coccolino’s visual consistency across packaging, retail, digital, and campaign touchpoints. Digičáry publicly describes the collaboration as a “long-term broad partnership” and reports outcomes including millions of consumers reached in five countries through packaging design, strong organic social performance, and substantial Instagram growth within a year. Within that broader framework, my contribution was to help keep the brand visually coherent, warm, and adaptable across many years of evolving communication.
